Subscription policy

By subscribing to any our digital services or buying any of our digital products, you must have agreed to our terms of service detailed as follows: If you activate a Subscription Product, then you authorize payment to be taken periodically, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of the subscription Product, for all accrued sums on or before the payment due date. Your account will be charged automatically on the subscription billing date and thereafter on the renewal date of your subscription product for all applicable fees and taxes for the next subscription period. Subscription fee will be charged to the payment method associated with your account or that you otherwise provide to us.

Refund policy

All subscriptions for paid digital services or products denominated in the stated currency or other means of payment are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Terms.

Cancellation policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled any time. All paid subscriptions remain valid until the current billing cycle ends. In other words, cancelling a subscription after a period subscribed to or a renewal has started will only take effect the next subscription period and not the current one. No refunds will be made for any unused or discarded or unwanted subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription before it renews unless otherwise specified in the subscription product’s description in order to avoid billing of the next periodic subscription fee to your account. You may cancel your subscription by following the cancellation steps described in the product description or by contacting us at info@tradersprokit.com. YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE IN ORDER TO AVOID CHARGE FOR THE NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

Renewal policy

Your subscription will last for whichever period you select monthly or yearly and recommence automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless if you cancel it.

Delivery of Service policy

Our services may be momentarily inaccessible from time to time due to mandatory maintenance, telecommunications disruptions, technical problems, system failures and faults, software problems or failures, system capacity issues, security issues and other technical issues. Due to the above conditions, we do not guarantee a 100 percent availability of our web site services and shall not be held responsible for any of the aforementioned technical problems.

Service Usage policy

You agree that you have subscribed and or registered solely for personal use and you will not share, forward, resell or post any of our services which you have subscribed for. In any event of breach of this policy we reserve the right to terminate all your subscriptions with us and you will not be entitled to a refund
